Project Administrator


Headley have a live vacancy with a well established construction company in Bradford who are seeking an project administrator or project coordinator.

This is an office based role.

The business manages a range of good quality projects and this is a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of sites, teams and projects.

Key duites would include:

  • Compiling and managing site files
  • Ensuring relevant documentation is all present and correct
  • organising and managing hire equipment and bookings, travel, accomodation
  • Assistng with schedules and programmes
  • Liaison with project managers, site staff, sub-contractors, suppliers
  • General administrative duties

Experience required:

  • Administrative and / or porject support experience gained within the construction industry
  • Good communicator, able to deal confidently with project teams and 3rd parties
  • Well organised and with a good attention to detail
  • Reliable and a good attitude to work
