We are currently looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a foot-mobile basis throughout London. In this role, you ll be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of high-profile commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will hold qualifications in one of the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning, and possess a well-rounded knowledge of building services systems.

Duties:

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
Emergency Lighting
Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Fire Alarms
AHUs/ FCUs
Plant room checks
Pumps
Motors
Sprinklers
Water Treatment
General maintenance duties

Qualifications:

City & Guilds or equivalent Mechanical / Plumbing / Air Conditioning / Electrical qualifications
Building services maintenance experience

Salary & Benefits:

GBP49,000 - GBP51,000 per annum
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Pension
Overtime available
