We re seeking a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) for a vibrant SEMH/ASC specialist secondary school in Wokingham (postcode RG40 2HR please enter this in the location field). This is a full-time, permanent leadership post offering TLR, CPD, and strong team collaboration.

• TLR leadership allowance and departmental budget responsibility

• Liaise with parents, agencies, local authority (Wokingham SENCO Hub) and therapists

• Monitor SEND data and drive targeted interventions and outcomes

• Qualified Teacher Status and SENCO National Award essential

• Proven experience leading SEMH/ASC provision in a UK setting

• Strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and multi-agency protocols

• Excellent communication, data-analysis, and team leadership skills

• Passionate about inclusive education and emotional wellbeing
