Pay: GBP90 GBP110 per day

We are urgently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic Secondary SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school based in Aylesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference supporting students with complex behavioural and emotional needs in a highly rewarding environment.

The Teaching Assistant role involves working closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing both academic and emotional support, helping them to engage in learning, regulate their behaviour, and build confidence. You will work under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies that ensure consistent support.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is resilient, patient, and passionate about supporting young people with SEMH needs. Previous experience in a similar setting is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start , and interviews will close as soon as a suitable Teaching Assistant is identified.
