Key Responsibilities of Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:

• Support the daily care, supervision, and development of children aged 0 5 years.
• Plan and deliver fun, creative, and stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Maintain accurate observations and records of children s progress.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

L3 Nursery Practitioner Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (desirable).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
