Responsibilities of the Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and key stages
• Follow school policies and ensure a smooth continuation of learning during staff absences
• Establish positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive environment
• Provide timely feedback on student progress to the relevant departments

Requirements for the Supply Teacher Role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications
• Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher or classroom teacher
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different age groups and abilities
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• A flexible, positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges
