Behaviour Support Assistant Permanent Role

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong behaviour management skills and excellent conflict resolution abilities to play a key role in supporting students who need additional guidance outside the main classroom or within the school s resource base.

The Role:

• Provide targeted support for students who have been removed from mainstream lessons or are based in specialist provision.
• Help students re-engage with learning and develop positive behaviour strategies.
• Work alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN teams to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Act as a mentor and role model, using patience and empathy to encourage progress.
