Supply Teacher Primary Schools across Poole

GSL Education are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teacher to work across a variety of welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools in Poole . This flexible role is available for an immediate start and is ideal for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators seeking short-term or longer-term placements.

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, following school-provided plans or adapting your own where necessary.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and report back to school staff as required.
• Be a reliable and professional presence, ready to step into a variety of school settings.

Required Qualifications for a Supply Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A passion for teaching and supporting children s learning and development.
• Flexibility and confidence to teach across different year groups and school environments.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
