You ll play a vital role in engaging students in team building, personal development, and curriculum enrichment activities all set against the backdrop of nature.

About the Role:

• Deliver exciting and purposeful outdoor learning sessions that support personal and academic growth.
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to develop and lead tailored activities for small groups and whole classes.
• Support students in building resilience, confidence, and life skills through structured outdoor experiences.
• Monitor engagement and progress, contributing to students broader educational development.
• Maintain safety and risk assessments for all outdoor learning sessions and ensure best practice in health and safety.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with young people in an educational or youth work setting.
• Be passionate about outdoor education and its impact on young people s personal development.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be confident in leading activities such as bushcraft, outdoor games, teambuilding, or physical challenges.
• Have a calm, supportive, and enthusiastic approach to working with children and young people.
