GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Mainstream Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming EYFS class in a vibrant primary school in Bournemouth . This is a full-time role starting in September 2025 , offering a weekly pay rate of GBP450 - GBP480, depending on experience. If you have experience working with children in Early Years or supporting pupils with speech and language needs , this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

About the Role

This rewarding position involves working closely with pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage , helping them develop socially, emotionally, and academically.

As a Teaching Assistant (TA) , your responsibilities will include:

• Individual and Group Support : Assist pupils with daily learning activities and routines
• Speech and Language Focus : Support children with communication needs through targeted strategies
• Collaborative Teaching : Work alongside the class teacher to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Positive Relationships : Build trust and rapport with pupils to encourage confidence and independence
