GSL Education are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join a friendly and nurturing setting in Gosport . This full-time role is perfect for someone who holds a Level 3 childcare qualification and is dedicated to supporting young children s development in a safe and stimulating environment.

Role Overview:
As an Early Years Practitioner , you will work directly with children, supporting their learning and development across all areas of the early years curriculum.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote development and curiosity.
• Supporting children s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through nurturing interactions.
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment.
• Observing, assessing, and recording children s progress to inform future planning.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to provide consistent care and support.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education (essential).
• Have experience working with children in an early years or nursery setting.
• Be patient, caring, and enthusiastic about early childhood development.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be proactive and flexible in a dynamic early years environment.
