As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher and helping to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups.
• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Foster a safe and supportive learning environment for all pupils.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
• A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting classroom activities.
