As a Behaviour Support Assistant , you will provide essential one-to-one and small-group support to primary-aged pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Your role will involve fostering positive relationships, implementing tailored interventions, and supporting students in overcoming challenges that may impact their learning.
