GSL Education are looking to appoint a committed and empathetic Learning Mentor to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural challenges at a supportive school in Eastbourne . This is a fulfilling opportunity for someone who thrives on helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
Role Overview:
As a
Learning Mentor
, you will provide targeted support to students on a 1:1 or small group basis, focusing on both academic and emotional development. You will work closely with teaching staff,
SENCOs
, and pastoral teams to implement personalised strategies and promote positive behaviour.
