GSL Education are looking for a helpful and caring Primary Teaching Assistant to join lovely schools in Rotherham . This job suits someone who enjoys spending time with children and helping them do well. We have flexible roles available right away whether you want full-time, part-time, short-term or long-term work.

As a Primary TA , you will support the teacher in the classroom and help pupils with their learning. You will also help children feel safe, confident, and happy at school.

Main Duties:

• Support the teacher with lessons and classroom tasks.
• Work with small groups or individual pupils during activities.
• Help pupils who may need extra care and support.
• Encourage children to enjoy learning and behave well.
• Work closely with teachers, other staff, and families.

What You Need:

• Experience working with primary-aged children is helpful.
• A kind, calm, and positive attitude.
• Able to work well with others and follow instructions.
• Willing to work in different schools if needed.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
