SEN Teacher Lincoln
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary: GBP140 - GBP200 per day
Start Date: ASAP or September 2024
Contract Type: Full-Time / Long-Term

GSL Education is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Lincoln . This role involves supporting children with Autism (ASC), Moderate to Profound Learning Difficulties (MLD, SLD, PMLD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs .

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet students individual needs.

• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) .

• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, Therapists, and SEN professionals .

• Create a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Manage behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies .

• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies .

• QTS or QTLS (SEN experience desirable but not essential).

• Experience supporting children with SEN in a specialist or mainstream setting.

• Creative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.

• Strong behaviour management skills .

• A DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply.
