45,000 to 55,000 + package

I'm working with a leading infrastructure contractor who are delivering a major capital works framework for a busy, well regarded main contractor. With secured long-term work across the region, they're now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support project delivery across their water infrastructure programme in Kent.

As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of a range of projects under the AMP capital delivery programme. Based from the Chatham office, you'll support the wider commercial team with:

• Subcontract procurement and management
• Cost reporting, forecasting and CVRs
• Managing change and risk
• Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts
• Supporting the Commercial Manager with monthly reporting and client liaison

What They're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a main contractor
• Exposure to water or utilities frameworks (AMP experience desirable)
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts
• Good commercial acumen and confident client communication skills
• Ideally degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
