GBP12.75 per hour Part-time 18+ hours per week
Key working days: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, plus flexibility (additional days to meet the business needs)
Typical hours: 9:30am - 4:00pm

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious holiday park in Penrith , supporting both lodge and accommodation operations. This role acts as a key second-in-command to the Housekeeping Manager.

About the Role
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the cleaning team, maintaining high standards, supporting the Housekeeping Manager, and overseeing changeover days when they are off duty.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the housekeeping team across the park
Allocate cleaning schedules and ensure lodges are ready by 3pm check-in.
Prepare and distribute cleaning materials to the team
Conduct quality checks on accommodation
Support, motivate and train cleaners as needed
Step in to cover cleaning duties when required
Maintain regular communication with head office and on-site staff
Monitor inventories and report shortages to the Housekeeping Manager
Use the reporting system accurately and consistently

What We're Looking For

Experience in housekeeping supervision or checking roles
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and leadership skills
Flexibility to work across key days (Mon, Fri, Sat) and adapt to business needs
Ability to oversee changeovers in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager
Own transport is essential due to the park's location
