GH Engage are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer (maintenance) to join a leading building services provider to deliver plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance to a prestigious site in the City of London.

As Mechanical Engineer, you will support the engineering team in delivering plumbing and mechanical / HVAC maintenance to a commercial building.

Duties as Maintenance Engineer:

• Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties.
• Plumbing maintenance; Small plumbing jobs (toilets/urinals), landlord plant and equipment, including water treatment systems, cooling towers, domestic systems, taps, water heaters, drainage systems, and HVAC plant.
• Some Mechanical & Electrical Duties: Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting, Emergency light testing, Fire alarm and sprinkler testing.
• Building Fabric maintenance including but not limited to:
  • Door fixtures and fittings.
  • Painting & decorating.

Maintenance Engineer - Package:

• Salary: up to 42,000.
• Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.

Requirements:

• Level 2 qualification in plumbing.
• Experience in maintenance roles within commercial environments.
• Client facing, punctual, and motivated.
