Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled ECS Gold Card Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards while performing electrical installations, and testing.

Duties:

• Electrical installations and equipment in the water industry.
• Read and interpret cable loop and schematic drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards during all work activities.
• Collaborate with other contractors on job sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an ECS Gold Card Electrician in the water industry.
• EUSR card desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to electrical work.
• Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required by job specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical installation and testing 2391 are desirable.
• A valid driver's licence may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: GBP18 - GBP20 / hour DOE

Expected Hours : No more than 50 per week

Additional pay: Yearly bonus
