Job Description:

Flannery is currently seeking a motivated and diligent Jet Washer to join our team. The Jet Washer will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality of our fleet of construction equipment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained and ready for use on various construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Operate jet washing equipment to clean construction machinery thoroughly.
• Inspect machinery for any damage or defects before and after washing.
• Remove dirt, grime, and debris from machinery surfaces, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools to effectively remove stubborn stains or build-up.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing area and equipment storage.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs identified during the cleaning process to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with other tasks and duties as needed, including basic maintenance and yard organization.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or plant hire industry.
• Knowledge of operating jet washing equipment and basic maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
