We are now looking for an Amazon Account Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. This role is based at our Oakham office, with the option for hybrid working following successful completion of the probation period.

The Role

As the Amazon Account Manager, you will take the lead in managing and growing our Amazon channel, with a strategic focus on revenue growth and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for delivering targeted marketing, optimising listings, analysing performance data, and ensuring Amazon best practice is maintained across Vendor Central.

You will lead on strategic planning, product launches and stock management, while fostering cross-functional collaboration with teams across content, customer success, supply chain and finance.

Additionally, you will:

- Build 4-monthly sprint and annual goals aligned to company objectives
- Develop high-performing paid campaigns, branded content, and optimised listings
- Work cross-functionally with customer success, finance, and marketing
- Analyse and report on KPIs, ROI, and forecasted sales
- Investigate Amazon opportunities including new marketplaces and freight

About You

To be considered as an Amazon Account Manager, you will need:

- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience in data analysis and interpreting commercial performance metrics
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Confident communication skills with the ability to lead and influence
- A collaborative and analytical mindset, with high attention to detail
- A willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of new systems and processes

Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities, as well as overseeing large-scale Amazon accounts or teams, would be advantageous but is not essential.
