Hairdressing & Barbering Coach

On-site Taunton
15 hours per week (Monday Thursday)
Up to GBP25,350 per annum (pro-rata)

Delivering Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing and Barbering Apprenticeships

We re working with a leading apprenticeship provider who is looking to appoint a Hairdressing and Barbering Coach to join their team in Taunton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your industry experience into a rewarding teaching and mentoring role with the opportunity to progress your own career and gain your Assessor/Coaching qualification.

What you ll be doing:

Delivering high-quality, engaging Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing and Barbering apprenticeship training on-site in Taunton
Supporting and guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey from enrolment to EPA
Delivering practical sessions, providing feedback and assessment in line with qualification requirements
Ensuring learners remain on track and motivated throughout their programme

What we re looking for:

Industry experience in Hairdressing and/or Barbering
Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing/Barbering (or equivalent)
An assessor qualification (e.g. TAQA, A1, D32/33) or willingness to work towards one
Strong communication and mentoring skills
A genuine passion for teaching and learner development
