Do you have excellent organisational skills and a passion for great customer service? This fantastic opportunity for a Tax Assistant based in Farnham would suit a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support a busy tax team with client communications, admin tasks, and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and post to provide updates and gather information
  • Support tax team with administrative tasks
  • Carry out basic bookkeeping and maintain accurate client records
  • Keep internal systems and databases up to date
  • Ensure records comply with data protection and internal standards

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in admin or customer service is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided

Desirable:
Experience working with self-employed individuals is a plus
