Job Title: School Cleaner

Location: Darlington/Bishop Auckand
Hourly Rate: 13.68 - 18.00 per hour

Are you reliable, hardworking, and take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment? Empowering Learning are working with a several Primary School's in the Darlington and Bishop Auckland area for a dedicated School Cleaner to help maintain high standards of cleanliness within their school.

We have immediate starts for the right candiates therefore ideally you will have a Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to purchase one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks including classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard, following health and safety guidelines.
• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the school remains a safe and pleasant place for pupils and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliability and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.

Working Hours: Part-time hours available

Mon to Thur 3.30pm till 5.45pm and Friday 2.30pm till 4.45pm

Mon to Fri 3pm till 6pm

Mon to Fri 6am till 9am
