Senior Sales Negotiator

Due to growth of the company, they are now looking to welcome an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities include-

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships
• Arrange and carry out property viewings
• Work collaboratively with the team
• Coordinate property marketing materials, including scheduling photography and gathering accurate floorplans for new listings.
• Create or oversee engaging video content for social media and encourage reviews
• Stay informed about the local property market
• Oversee the sales progression process, identifying and resolving any issues
• Promote and cross-sell additional services

To be considered for this role you will need -

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a Sales Negotiator position with a proven record of hitting targets
• A full UK drivers license and access to own vehicle
• To have good communication skills and the ability to solve problems
• To thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
