Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Chef to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Wigan.

Package for the Chef but not limited to:

• 12.50 per hour plus bonuses for overtime
• 30 hours per week (3 days per week with alternate weekends)
• Shift times: 07:00 - 17:00)

About the role:

• To supervise the smooth running of the kitchen
• To prepare and cook food for presentation to the service users
• To assist in the planning of menus to achieve and maintain budgeted food cost.
• To comply with statutory regulations concerning food hygiene, COSHH and Health and Safety at Work.
• There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare
