Creative Industries Lecturer-Art & Design (3 days per week)

Unlock your creative potential! We're seeking a passionate and experienced Creative Industries Lecturer to join our dynamic team and inspire the next generation of artists and designers.

You'll have the opportunity to share your expertise across a diverse range of creative courses, from entry-level to Level 5, catering to both 14-19 and adult learners. Get ready to ignite the spark of creativity in our students and help them reach new heights in their artistic journeys.

Preferred Requirements:

Proven teaching experience within a learning environment
Experience in being a Personal Tutor, guiding and supporting students throughout their academic journey
Relevant industrial experience within the Creative sector, along with a related degree or equivalent qualification
Ability to embed Basic and Key skills in vocational areas, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant vocational software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching qualification, such as a Bachelor of Education, Certificate of Education, or DTTLS/PGCE
GCSE A - C Grade or Level 2 equivalent in Maths and English
D32/D33/D34, A1 Awards (or willingness to work towards as appropriate)
