Multi Trader

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Multi Trader with a strong focus on decorating and basic knowledge across multiple trades to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in painting and decorating, along with basic knowledge of carpentry, plastering, tiling, plumbing, and general building maintenance. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out high-quality interior and exterior painting and decorating work
Perform basic carpentry tasks
Undertake minor plastering repairs and patchwork
Carry out basic tiling
Handle basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, and installing sanitary ware
Conduct general building repairs and maintenance
Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Requirements:

Proven experience in a multi-trade role within the construction or maintenance industry
Strong decorating skills with excellent attention to detail
Basic knowledge of carpentry, plastering, tiling, plumbing, and general building
Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Own tools and transport

Desirable:

NVQ or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade
CSCS card
