Temporary Maintenance Operative Student Accommodation
Location: Leicester
Dates: 26th August - 7th September (30th and 31st August are non working days)
Hours: 9:00am 6:00pm (8 hours/day, 11 working days total)
Pay Rate: GBP13 per hour

We re looking for a reliable and hands-on Temporary Maintenance Operative to support a busy student accommodation site during a peak summer period.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks

• Responding to maintenance requests efficiently

• Supporting the site team to ensure the property remains in top condition

• Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a general maintenance or facilities role preferred

• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
