Strong mechanical and/or electrical background - qualified through apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
Proven hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of complex process equipment
A proactive approach to time management, problem-solving, and customer communication
Comfortable working away from home (up to 100 nights per year, worldwide)
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
40,000- 45,000 base salary (plus regular overtime and night-away allowances)

Experience in the water treatment , desalination , or process filtration sector
Familiarity with RO (reverse osmosis) systems or marine/naval environments
Strong customer presence and an interest in training, documentation, or continuous improvement
Conducting service, repairs and fault-finding on bespoke water treatment systems across the UK and overseas
Carrying out site surveys, equipment upgrades, commissioning, and client training
Supporting compliance, health & safety and documentation (O&M manuals, reports)
Collaborating with internal teams on testing, wiring, and workshop duties
Being a reliable, front-facing technical representative of the company
Ensuring tools, equipment, and travel logistics are ready and managed effectively
