We are searching for someone active and passionate to assist our client living with cerebral palsy and epilepsy , supporting them outside of school with lots of social and community work! Refer a friend scheme – you can earn up to £500 per referral! Company and Role: Our client is 13 years old, requiring support during school and in the home Supporting our client with cerebral palsy and epilepsy and gastrostomy feeding Our client is active and enjoys activities such as bowling, cinema, swimming and the theatre  Successful Applicant: Must be able to drive and hold a UK license Previous experience supporting children with complex conditions (brain injuries and epilepsy is desirable) Experience in gastrostomy / PEG feeding Must be physically active to support the service user with a busy schedule,If you’re an experienced Support Worker looking for a new role, this is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in another person’s life.
