Projects Lead - Events & Exhibitions - Remote - £32000 Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting an Events Executive for a successful and forward thinking Events business based in London. This role is all about project and financial planning , confirmation and delivery of the company's main conference acroos the year and other adhoc activities inc dinners, roundtables and workshops giving the role good variety. Responsibilities include: • Events: Attending to coordinate regular in-person events, dinners, roundtables and workshops (registration, AV, catering, etc), typically 1/month, upwards of 2/month • Webinars: Delivering and coordinating regular webinars (“tech’ing”), typically 1- 2/month, upwards of 4-5/month • Assisting Events Executive with: • Planning, coordinating and delivering webinars and in-person events • Comms and marketing of events to membership, on website and social media • Membership admin Applications and enquires (staying on top of the info@ Inbox), maintaining database • Comms and logistics of venue (inc catering), speaker (inc presentations) and delegates • CRM: Maintaining management of database • Event data: management, inc client enquires • Other reasonable duties, as required by the company The ideal candidate is a team player with a can-do attitude and strong organisational and project and budget management skills and exposure to organising high value and high-end events. The salary on offer here is £32000 for this remote opportunity with an immediate start
