Qualified Nursery Practitioners and Room Leader

Tiny Tots Recruitment is working with a well-established, welcoming nursery setting in Islington to recruit both a Room Leader and a Nursery Practitioner. If you’re passionate about early years education, thrive in a nurturing environment, and love supporting children’s development, we want to hear from you.  Nursery Practitioner  As a key member of the team, you’ll:  Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS   Support children’s learning and development through play, observation, and responsive care.  Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and your colleagues.  Keep learning journeys and records up to date, reflecting each child’s progress.  Help create a safe, clean, and stimulating environment where every child feels happy and secure.  Room Leader   In addition to practitioner duties, you’ll:  Lead a room and manage your team, ensuring consistency and high-quality provision.  Motivate, support, and develop your team with confidence and professionalism.  Organise and oversee planning, observations, and assessments within your room.  Be a positive role model for staff, setting the tone for excellent practice.  Liaise with management and contribute to the wider nursery community and events.  What we’re looking for:  Nursery Practitioner: Level 3 qualified with solid knowledge of the EYFS and child development.  Room Leader: Level 3 qualified with at least 1 year of senior experience in a nursery setting.  A warm, proactive approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.  Passion for supporting every child’s individual journey in a fun and caring setting.  A good understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nursery where your ideas, experience, and enthusiasm will be celebrated and valued.  To apply, email your CV to Rebecca at (url removed)
