OUTBOUND TRAINING COURSE ADVISOR – TRAINING COURSES – LEEDS – £30,000 BASIC SALARY + BONUS & BENEFITS Our client, a leading and well-established training provider, is seeking an Outbound Training Course Advisor to join their growing team in Leeds. They offer free, classroom-based training courses across Yorkshire and the North East. The Role: As an Outbound Training Course Advisor, you will advise applicants who have expressed interest in free classroom-based training courses Verify applicant eligibility and ensure all documentation is complete Prepare forms, proposals, and maintain CRM databases Attend candidate attraction events and networking meetings Office-based role in Leeds The Candidate: Must have experience in outbound calling or telephone-based customer service Background in training or apprenticeships is advantageous but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Able to work independently and collaboratively Must live within a commutable distance to Leeds The Offer: £30,000 basic salary Bonus scheme 28 days holiday (including statutory holidays) Company pension Immediate start available Join a market-leading company with in-house training and development OUTBOUND TRAINING COURSE ADVISOR – TRAINING COURSES – LEEDS – £30,000 BASIC SALARY + BONUS & BENEFITS
