Building Services Manager The Company This Building Services Manager's role with one of the UK’s major main contractors. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractors in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k – £50million. The current position is for an experienced Mechanically biased Building Services Manager to join their interiors and refurbishment division working on schemes from ££2m - £10million The Person We are looking for a Building Services Manager who has been working for a top 100 main contractor with experience of fit out projects. You will have experience of taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the Mechanical aspects of projects. A recognisable building services qualification is required. Experience of working on fit out and interiors projects in the £2m-£5m range is essential. The initial scheme you will be working on is an £5m commercial office refurbishment near Wakefield. The Plus Points A competitive daily rate is on offer, and these will be long term contracts.
