Plasterer - Darlington

Experienced Plumber required to carrying out reactive and planned repairs for a Darlington based council. I am looking for a skilled and dedicated plumber to work with a local council in the Darlington area. As a plumber, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of repairs in tenanted properties. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to our commitment to providing high-quality repairs and maintenance services. Responsibilities: To perform various plumbing repairs and installations in tenanted properties. This will include carrying out tasks such as plumbing in kitchens and bathrooms and all aspects of 2nd fix maintenance. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service. Start date: ASAP Location: Darlington Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday (Overtime available) Duration: Temporary position running up to Feb 2025 Pay rate: £18 - £19.50 P/H (CIS or Umbrella) - Rate dependant on experience Requirements: City & Guilds or NVQ in Plumbing 3 years minimum Plumbing experience Ideally gas safe registered.
