Multi-Trade Operative / Multi-Skilled Operative £14.50 - £17 per hour Location; Manchester, Lancashire & Merseyside – Full UK Driving Licence Remuneration Package; 31 days holiday (includes 8 days bank holidays) uniform, mobile & vehicle issued DLP Northern Services are a leading Social Housing contractor, having been established over 32 years. We are looking to recruit experienced multi-skilled operatives to carry out planned repair works on tenanted and void properties in the Manchester/Lancashire & Merseyside areas. Works will include and must be proficient in: Plumbing Joinery Plastering Tiling Painting General Building Works We provide training for staff on areas such as Asbestos, working at heights, manual handling and first aid.
