Location: Braintree
Salary: GBP38,300 + 28 Days Holiday + Pension + Training Opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
No shifts • No weekends • No overtime • 1-hour lunch • 7.5-hour day • 37.5-hour week

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Maintenance and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
General site and building maintenance
Operating forklift trucks (training provided if needed)
Welding tasks (desirable but not essential)
Learning and developing refrigeration system knowledge as part of your progression
PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance)
Loading bay maintenance

What We re Looking For

NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Engineering
Experience in a factory, warehouse, or distribution setting
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Forklift experience (or willingness to train)
Welding experience (a plus, but not required)
