Working as a Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor, your duties will include:

• Drafting wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Managing probate applications and administering estates
• Advising on estate planning, tax implications, and trust matters
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third-party professionals
• Keeping up-to-date with legislation and industry best practice
• Upholding the firm's commitment to "Caring for Clients and their Generations"

What we're looking for?

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Wills and Probate
• Strong background in legal drafting and estate administration
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate client approach
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Dedication to providing outstanding client care and timely case progression
• Commitment to continuous professional development
