General Production / Warehouse Operatives

Role Overview

We are recruiting General Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Elland (HX5). These are temp-to-perm positions offering long-term opportunities following a successful 13-week period.

Key Details:

• 12-hour continental shifts (7am or 7pm start)
• 4 days on / 4 days off rotation, including both day & night shifts
• Candidates must be able to commit to the continental shift pattern.

Key Duties:

• Light machine operation
• Packing products
• General production tasks
• Light lifting duties
• Assisting machine operators
• General housekeeping duties

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts on the rotating shift pattern
• Reliable, with a good work ethic
• Previous production or warehouse experience beneficial, but not essential
