Front of House

We are working with an aware winning hair salon based in East Grinstead to support with the recruitment of a Front of House.
This is not your traditional Front of House role, this role is more hands on and will involved supporting stylists & assistants where required.
This role is part time (25-30 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities for the Front of House:
- Greeting all clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Offer refreshments to all clients & serve these
- Recommend and upsell products to clients
- Keeping the salon tidy and clean throughout
- Supporting stylists and assistants with shampooing where required

Key Skills for the Front of House:
- Must be approachable and friendly whilst remaining professional
- Able to work to your own initiative
- Proactive with keeping yourself busy, noticing when things are out of place, actively keeping the salon clean
- Well presented ensuring brand dress code is followed
