14.90 per hour
Shift Times:
Early (4:30 AM - 1:00 PM) and Late (12:30 PM - 10:30 PM) - flexibility for both is essential
Expereince: Should have previous experience in hospitality and catering.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes within your designated section to a consistently high standard
Work closely with fellow Chef De Partie staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen
Support stock control and maintain cleanliness and organisation
Follow direction from senior chefs and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Chef De Partie role or similar position
Excellent kitchen and teamwork skills
Flexibility with shift patterns
Ability to present for an in-person interview
Candidates may provide any relevant culinary qualifications they hold
Safety shoes are required; however, chef whites and personal knives are not needed.
