Loading Shovel Driver

We are currently seeking an experienced Loading Shovel Driver to join our well-established client based in Middlesbrough . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company leading the way in converting commercial and industrial waste into energy through advanced pelletising technology.

Pay rate: 13.79 per hour, weekly pay in arrears, every Friday

Schedule: 12h shifts: 4 on 4 off rotating: 4 days on-4off-4 nights-4off

Timings: dayshift 7am-7pm & nightshift 7pm7am

Duties & Responsibilities:

The role involves operating Loading Shovel Truck to perform a various of task including tipping and loading of vehicle outside in all weather conditions. Drive loading shovel to transport materials within the facility & ensure the health & safety standards are met.

• Loading outgoing vehicles and separating waste
• Transporting material, feeding lines and hoppers with material for process
• Supporting general yard operations & co-operate with site management as required
• Emptying chutes and bunkers

Candidates must:

• Have valid Excavator Loading Shovel license
• Be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Be able to to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
• Have previous experience within a waste & recycling industrial environment would be an advantage

A current valid Loading Shovel and 360 excavator (wheeled) certificate along with previous experience is required.
