One our market-leading manufacturing clients are looking for a qualified Joiner to assist them in their Stoke-on-Trent workshop with build and fabrication of assemblies and components to produce their high-quality products.

Pay Rate: 15 - 17 p/h

Contract Length: 6-months

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform joinery activities such as cutting, manipulation and assembly of wood and other materials to complete assemblies using hand tools and fabrication machinery
• Complete assembly tasks by following engineering drawings as well as written/verbal instruction to produce and fabricate parts
• Assist with general workshop activities when required
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment

Required experience and qualifications:

• Qualified in joinery, carpentry or similar
• Proven experience in a role which uses joinery techniques and woodwork, for example: joiner, carpenter, furniture/cabinet making, door/window/kitchen fitting
• Must approach work with an enthusiastic manner, work well as part of a team and approach work with a flexible mindset
