A highly regarded, full service legal practice based in North West London are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly motivated, busy property litigation department.

The Employment - Property Litigation Solicitor

The successful experienced Property Litigation Solicitor will be joining a department of property litigation specialists, all focussed on supporting each other to drive results.

The Property Litigation Solicitor will be handling an array of cases which include acting on behalf of lenders, supporting them on recovery action from default to realisation and the collection of their loan portfolios, as well as working on County Court and High Court litigation cases, indemnity claims against the Land Registry and extensive amounts of mortgage possession work.

The Property Litigation Associate Solicitor will need to be able to hit the ground running, have a proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset

The Employment - Property Litigation Solicitor

• Must be 3-4+ PQE with core competency in Property Litigation
• Experience in handling a wide range of litigation matters
• Able to deal with cases from instruction to end of the litigation process
• Able to demonstrate first class client care and communication skills across all levels
• Commercially aware
• Good team ethics and pro-active 'can do' attitude is essential.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and with a demanding workload
