Structural Engineer

Attention all Structural Engineers!

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join a leading civil and structural engineering firm, in a permanent position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client's office in Bath.

This is a great opportunity to work on a range of warehouse and logistics projects, with a motivating and experienced team.

- Competitive salary range from 40,000- 50,000 (depending on experience).

- Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and analysis of structural elements using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.

-Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and specifications in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

-Manage and coordinate projects from concept through to construction stage.

-Liaise with architects, contractors, clients, and other professionals.

-Conduct site inspections and surveys.

-Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior engineers and technicians.

What we are looking for:

-Must have extensive experience (5-8 years) as a Structural Engineer.

-Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

-Working towards or holding Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or equivalent is desirable.

-Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., Tekla, TEDDS, AutoCAD, Revit).

-Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and Eurocodes.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
