Job Title: Senior Architect
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000
Location: Coventry

This forward-thinking studio is passionate about crafting spaces that positively impact the people and communities they serve.

With a busy and varied project pipeline ahead, their growing portfolio spans Residential, Leisure, Retail, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Architect role:

• Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion, with a particular focus on residential schemes.

• Develop and coordinate high-quality planning and construction packages.

• Oversee design development, statutory approvals, and on-site delivery.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive project success.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, encouraging design and technical excellence.

• Work closely with an experienced team in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK planning policy and building regulations.

Key requirements for this Senior Architect role:

• ARB registered with a recognised architectural qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in UK-based practices.

• Demonstrable experience leading medium to large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.

• Skilled in managing RIBA work stages and delivering high-quality architectural outcomes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, or Revit.

• Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.

• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and current construction practices.

• A confident and collaborative approach to design and project leadership.
