This increase has allowed them to put forward exciting plans to improve site efficiency, upgrade machinery and increase the size of their production team. The has recently undergone some wholesale changes, however, still have some work to do. This hire of a maintenance team leader is critical for them to achieve their goals. You will work alongside a diverse and down-to-earth Engineering Manager, alongside an experienced operations team.
