Job Title: Field Service Engineer FMCG Machinery

Salary: GBP42,000 GBP44,000 + KPI Bonus up to GBP2,500 OTE GBP55,000

Location: Field-Based (UK) Company Car Provided Paid Door-to-Door Must be based in The North of England

Working Hours: Days Monday-Friday 1 in 2 Weekends (On Call, Not Always Required)

Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer with experience working on specialist machinery within FMCG environments? We re looking for a proactive and adaptable engineer to join our growing team, supporting major manufacturing sites across the UK.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of bespoke machinery in FMCG production facilities.
• Providing exceptional technical support and fault diagnostics on-site.
• Covering 2 3 days per week away from home as required (accommodation and allowances provided).
• Representing the company professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

What s in It for You:

• Base salary of GBP42,000 GBP44,000, depending on experience.
• KPI Bonus up to GBP2,500, with a realistic OTE of GBP55,000.
• Company vehicle fully expensed for business use.
• Door-to-door travel pay, ensuring you re compensated for your time on the road.
• Day shifts only no night work required.
• Required to be available 1 in 2 weekends (not always called upon).

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience servicing or maintenance machinery in FMCG or similar manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly and stay away from home when needed.
• A self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
